Our move within Switzerland was done very professionally. The interaction with the company before, during and after the move was efficient and very pleasant. No bad surprises at any point. The main contact, Jacqueline, was very responsive and helpful. It was also a good deal, cost-wise.

I was looking for a company in Zurich City who could help me with my apartment relocation, within the city. ZH Umzug, gave me the best prices and was also available for extra services (such as light installation) for which most companies were reluctant. Packing, unpacking, disassembly and assembly of all furniture are services included in the price and the guys are quick and efficient. They were punctual, respectful, attentive to my needs and Jacqueline was always there whenever I needed some clarification or assistance. I would recommend ZH Umzug to whomever is relocating and needs a reliable and transparent company.
Moving from one apartment to another is one of the most stressful activities, but ZH Umzug and the team made our move much easier. Starting from the initial contact with Jacqueline, by providing a very fair offer and timely response, through the whole process of packing, moving, disassembly and assembly of furniture by Ali and team, the whole process went extremely smooth and good. The team was on time, very organised and extremely hard working! I totally recommend them! Keep it up like this ZH Umzug!

We have recently moved with my wife to a new apartment in Zurich! From beginning till the end we received great service. We received an offer very fast as we took the decision to move in short notice. The person that came to visit the apartment to see the items to move was very professional and accurate. The person on the phone was very polite! Before the move they called me to confirm timings etc. The guys visited and did the move did everything very fast and careful. We had no damages. Last but not least the price was very competitive with the rest of the offers we had.

Our move took much longer than planned, so ZH Umzug had to pay to the movers much more (3 hours!) than planned, however, ZH Umzug absorbed the additional cost and did not roll it on us. In addition, we had several (small) issues with the move and the cleaning, and ZH Umzug sent their professional team to our apartment to help us fix everything, although they really didn't have to and even that it was several weeks after the move. They are very nice and very helpful, from the people at the office, to the movers and owners. My wife and I highly recommend their services! Das Wichtigste ist also, ein Unternehmen mit gutem Kundenservice zu nehmen - das heißt Unser Umzug dauerte viel länger als geplant, so dass ZH Umzug den Umzugsunternehmen viel mehr (3 Stunden!) Als geplant zahlen musste. ZH Umzug übernahm jedoch die zusätzlichen Kosten und rollte sie nicht auf uns.
