I have now stopped in twice and the woman working by the strollers is beyond unpleasant. She could hardly contain her eye rolls when I have asked questions. The first visit I assumed she was having a bad day. The second visit I realize that she is just rude. I do not recommend you visit this store unless you want to feel that you are inconveniencing staff upon visiting.

Nice store has a big variety between clothes, toys and baby things. The new collection definitely expensive, it's best to buy from the sales section. The -1 floor has a lot of children toys and accessories one can choose from, whereas the ground floor is mostly clothes

Clothes cute as candy. Passionate and competent staff. Website could be better, but you should go to the physical store anyways.

Review form 2017 (3 stars): This store has great kids stuff, if only the staff were friendlier and acted more as a team... But the products are great. Rather expensive (you can get the some of the same things cheaper elsewhere). Adjusted review in Jan 2018: After I posted my review last year, the store owners contacted me. I was very positively surprised and I was able to share my experiences which they seem to truly appreciate. They have one of the largest varieties of products in Zurich, and really good brands.
