The location is good and the people are nice, I've been there several times in the last years. But what happened in the last months is simply not acceptable: although some carries appeared on my teeth, the hygienist did not even mentioned it to me. Only the last time, when before leaving, under the bright light of the practice and with a special mirror I asked 'what is this black point?' she simply said 'oh, I thought that you noticed that already'. I was shocked that she wouldn't have told me this if I would not have dared to ask. Even worst: she said that this is apparently not a recent problem. 8 months before I was in this center already and the hygienist did not say anything either. No need to say that I can't trust these people any longer, for this reason I would not recommend them, unless you are in an emergency situation, but then continue to meet regularly with a real dentist.

Dr Ines Dodel at the Zürich city branch is an excellent and professional dentist. I like the way she handles her patients and treatments. She is friendly, caring and most important of all has empathy for her patients. This gives me a lot of comfort, trust and confidence in her. She gives good advices, provide detailed explanations, gentle, careful and very attentive.
They are super friendly here and the waiting time isn't too long. :)

I went in complaining of pain around the gum. I was charged Chf 160 for the privilege of the dentist telling me that he needed to do an xray (more money) to determine if there was a need for root canal treatment (no symptoms suggesting this). A salve was injected, which did nothing. I saw a dentist today who immediately on sight alone saw that part of a filling had been dislodged and got stuck in the gum, which was causing the irritation. Problem fixed within 15 minutes. No x Ray, no root canal treatment. This practice is purely designed to part you from your money,with dentists who either have no expertise or who chose not to use it where they think they can get away with it. I highly recommend it is avoided.
Ich war im Januar 2021 für eine Behandlung bei Frau Elma und kann sie sowie das ganze Team ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen. Frau Elma ist sehr kompetent und gleichermassen freundlich. Die Behandlung war sehr angenehm und komplett schmerzfrei, was ich so zuvor noch nie erlebt habe. Vielen Dank dafür!
Für eine Notfallbehandlung begab ich mich zum Zahnarzt. Bis auf eine etwas längere Wartezeit war ich soweit zufrieden.
Ich war nun schon wegen diversen Behandlungen im Zahnarztzentrum Zürich. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt und in guten Händen. Die Behandlungen waren immer sehr professionell und mit extrem hoher Präzision ausgeführt worden. Das Personal ist immer sehr Freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich hatte meine DH bei Frau Achmatavo und möchte mich noch einmal bei Ihr bedanken! Ihre freundliche und aufgeweckte Art runden die kompetente Behandlung ab. Ich kann Sie und das Zahnarztzentrum nur weiterempfehlen. Hier ein grosses Danke und ein grosses Lob an alle Angestellten! Fazit: PRO : - lange Öffnungszeiten - einfache Terminfindung - qualitative Behandlungen - preislich Angemessen - freundliches und kompetentes Personal. - gute Lage Contra: - Bis jetzt nicht vorhanden.
