Great service. Visited the store multiple times and tried many different bikes. Thomas was always attentive, helpful, and knowledgable. Several reviewers mention the fact that an appointment is needed - which is true and reasonable due to Covid restrictions. I never had a problem booking a slot on the store's website (even on the same day)

If you need friendly advice and consideration, that's probably not the place. They get one star because they seem to have a good range of bikes. Other than that, to me they were so inconsiderate that i didn't even make it in the store. I wanted a specific bike that showed up in stock on the website and sent a web enquiry. No answer for a couple of days so decided to call, no answer either. On Saturday I passed by the store and made it 6-7 minutes before 5pm, their closing time. As I had a Yes/No question to ask, I figured it's enough. The doors were already closed but I could see people inside so I knocked. The salesperson waved a no at me. I insisted it's only one question but still a firm no, and a sign that I should call... well I had called and written with little success already. I ordered online from another, more responsive bike store. Price is lower and they answer calls and emails... Later edit: I appreciate your taking the time to answer the review. However, the main point is the store doors were closed and I was refused to even speak with someone during opening hours. I have formed an opinion and would not come by your store but hopefully you'll treat other customers better

Went to see a 2020 gravel bike posted online as new with a minor scratch on the top tube's paint for -5% off the msrp. It turned out to be a used demo bike. The scratch was of a considerable size and a good fingertip-size of the paint layer was missing. The handlebar tape job wasn't the original one and seemed to have been done in a hurry. The friendly guy who welcomed us was hesitant when asked if they could do something about the price, since clearly it was not a new bike. He said by store's policy all prices were fixed and then the store manager busy on a phone call waved us away, not even giving us a chance for a talk. From experience all other bikeshops in Zurich offer their demo-bikes at the end of the season for a deep discount, even without paint damage. Luckily we have 3bike.ch just around the corner, where we just bought two 2021 gravel bikes, for a fair price and much better customer service.

I bought a tern E-bike online during COVID. Contact was via email, everyone was very informative and friendly, they gave me good advice and ordered and assembled third party add ons such as child seat as well. Even though we knew it was a demonstration bike that was already used for some test rides, they gave us an additional rebate for a few minor scratches. Thanks a lot, all worked out fine, we are super happy!

Another incredibly bad bike store in Zurich. You don't make it into the store without an appointment, even for a quick question. You do the selection online, and only go there to deliver the money basically. They sell BMC bikes at a hefty markup, but refuse to order/sell extra parts to the exact bikes they're selling (which is exactly BMCs model, you cannot order parts online but are asked to go through their distributors). I would love to buy local, but what exactly is the idea of having a bike shop that basically serves as a storage facility for bikes with 0 customer service? Can someone please open a BikeHub for bikes other than MTB in Zurich?

In the end a good job done, but for 750chf, for a bike service! Maybe you are used to Swiss prices and consider that ok then this is the store for you. If you think 50% the cost of a new bike for a service is a scandal, like me, then look elsewhere, there are plenty of other places nowadays.
