I had pretty severe side effects after a vaccine. When I called, they said that they would not give medical consultation on this number, so they referred me to a different number I could call. No one answered. When I called them again, they said they would call me back shortly... Never happened. This is careless and unprofessional. They should be able to answer simple questions about side effects. This is wantonly negligent!

I paid 196 CHF for a COVID PCR test, which is totally overpriced. In Universitätsklinik Balgrist they charge 150 CHF for instance. It’s a shame to make money with people’s health in this pandemic.

Long waiting times, but there is the option to get a text when it is almost your turn, so you do not have to wait inside. Just walk in, get a ticket, and you can do something else. The doctors speak proper English, and they were very helpful. The nurse was very comforting.

Many people were reporting long waiting times so we decided to come 15mins before the opening time. That worked great, as we immediately got our tickets and we were done in half an hour. The consultation was very helpful, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about dangers in South America. My recommendation is to come early and everything will go smoothly.

This is a fantastic facility for travelers. Very efficient, client-friendly, and helpful. Staff was really top, and each person I encountered was professional, helpful and able to provide information: Ms. Rasi at the reception, Ms. DuChrome for the individual consultation and Ms. Müller-Uttinger who not only did the vaccination but also answered my last remaining questions. A remarkable level of service and professionalism. Thank you !

Excellent consultation, fair prices No reservation possible, so go inside, register and fill in required forms at the computer, wait around 30 minutes until the excellent consultation. Prices are transparent and low (for Switzerland), vaccination starts immediately after consultation, all recommended medication can be bought right there as well.

This place is just an extortion!! 1) They don't offer any information about prices on the website. 2) They make you go through a consultation before giving you any vaccine. In case of naive or first-time travelers, I can see the point of it. But I didn't care about any consultation. I knew exactly what I needed, but they make you see a doctor anyways so they can charge you CHF50 more. 3) Prices of the vaccines are just an extortion. In other countries some of these vaccines are even offered for free or a small charge. 4) Even though you fill up a form in a computer, the doctor ask you the same questions, so again, they make you spend more time so they can charge you more. 5) It is a extremely slow process, I was there before opening on a Friday, second on a long queue, they opened 15 minutes late. I spent more than 1 hour to get a yellow fever vaccine. It is ridiculously slow and hyper-expensive 6) By the way, I ending up paying CHF100 for the vaccine and the consultation (that I didn't want in the first place) 7) That's pretty much the only place in Zurich that offer those kind of tropical vaccines. 8) If you can avoid this place, stay away from it.

I went there with two kids for 15 minutes consultation. They charged me 52 chf per child and thus two times 15 minutes - it even says 2x15 minutes on the bill. SO I paid for 30 Minutes consultation even though I was only there for 15 min. When I tried to explain this the argument was: Well it's two kids! ? All the info that I got is available on the Internet so please do not waste your time and money on this!
