Tuttolana is a great shop with an easy access. Unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars. There was a recent remodeling of the layout of the store and now the yarn is sorted by color. It makes it very hard to find the type you want. There is also virtually no crocheting equipment, which to be fair, they don't advertise, but if that's something of interest then this may not be the place for you. I have to say that if the store is not too busy, the staff is quite helpful and can order yarn if they don't carry it. Still highly recommend for knitters.

Staffs are always very welcoming and knowledgeable! Love their yarn selection, from ordinary merino wool to hand-dyed fancy yarn!! Enjoy! PS: be sure you reserve enough time visiting there!

Sehr schöner Laden und grosse Auswahl. Aber als junge Frau wird man unfreundlich und arrogant bedient. Sehr schade, vor allem wenn man sieht, dass ältere Kundinnen besser behandelt werden.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat zuviel Wolle berechnet. Rückgabe zwar möglich, aber nur gegen Gutschein. Unfreundliche Bedienung
Für Fr. 150.- kaufte ich Wolle, ein Spontankauf, deshalb hatte ich keine Tasche dabei. Und musste Fr. 2.- für eine Packpaiertragetasche bezahlen. Das finde ich kleinlich und knauserig. Oder meint das irgend jemand \erzieherisch\??? Schade.– aber es gibt ja zum Glück Vilfil am Kreuzplatz!
