Friendly staff. They charge an extra fee to explain the medicine. While this is legal, other pharmacies provide this service for free.

Today I tried making an appointment for the flu vaccine. The pharmacist asked me if I was registered - I was not - and told me the vaccine is out of stock and I could try in December. Our conversation was interrupted by an assistant. The pharmacist did not even propose to register me. I felt unwelcome.

I always have a good experience here. Staff is very helpful, speak English and go the extra mile. I wanted a supplement which was not recommended while breastfeeding and the pharmacists recommended a natural alternative and called the company/doctors to make sure it was ok for me.
