Very large choice, tea seems to be of a high quality (at least sencha that I got was good). However, the service is bad. Not only that there is minimum smile, nice words and hospitality, there is a line that cannot be crossed (?!) to have a closer look at the tea label. Yes, you can only pay in cash. The whole store seems to be dusty. I so wanted to buy my tea in such a specialised store, but I guess I need to look for another one.

You can find any kind of tea there - its impressive. Theres also quite a lot to choose from in terms of accessories. The owner is very knowledgable and patient. A must go if you are into tea.

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Unfreundliche und keineswegs hilfreiche Bedienung!!! Der Verkäufer hat auch nicht das Gefühl, eine Maske im Laden tragen zu müssen.
Sehr grosse Teeauswahl und faire Preise. Die Beratung lässt bisschen zu wünschen übrig, wenn man keine genaue Vorstellung hat, welchen Tee man kaufen möchte und sich einfach inspirieren lassen möchte. Man könnte mehr auf die Kunden eingehen. Ansonsten ein toller Shop.
