Office is closed today despite working hours on the door in the entrance showing that it is working from Monday to Wednesday since morning. Nothing even announced on the door about any emergency day off or something like that not talking about the internet update about it. Something which should not exist nowadays. As people rely on these data and coming to the office to resolve their needs. Please take actions to resolve that. Update: next day I came to the office they gave me the no debt document indeed from my 3 cards only one was working it is debit card so be prepared. On my ask to do a authorized copy of the document which they are doing 1 minute later I got response all the people are busy so they are not able to serve me. And yes they had meetings the day before that's why have been closed. At least they gave me notar address quiet close to the office which I was unable to find as the building is in renovation and it was hard to find the notar. Pure pure servcing.

Wieso 2,3? Nur, weil es um etwas Unangenehmes geht? Ich gebe 5 Sterne, weil diese Leute ja auch nur ihren Job machen, und zwar immer freundlich und kompetent. Ich gehöre gewiss nicht zu den Braven, und wenn ich dort bin, kaum zu meinem Vorteil. Man vergleiche mal, wie im Ausland mit den Bürgern umgeht, die diese Institution aufsuchen müssen. Ich winde gerne mal ein Kränzchen dafür, dass sie auch in 'gespannten' Situationen steht Contenance zu erhalten versuchen, was sicherlich nicht immer einfach ist. Darum bedanke ich mich an dieser Stelle gerne dafür, dass ich mir dort immer als Mensch vorkomme, der respektvoll behandelt wird. Es kommt immer auf die Perspektive an, aus der man eine Thematik betrachtet.

Habe einen Auszug aus den Betreibungsregister benötigt. Am Schalter selber eine sehr freundliche und "aufgestellte" Bedienung, an der Kasse etwas weniger. Öffnungszeiten könnten etwas besser sein. Alles in allem ging alles sehr speditiv und die Kosten von CHF 17.- sind ok.
