I do not recommend them. Appalling service. They do not even bother to call you when an appointment has been cancelled. And the one time I went the techniques were very outdated. They are cheap for Zurich and you get what you pay for. .

I had a Botox in Smoothline by Dr Martin and the only thing i can say, i can not be happier that i chose exactly this clinic. High level hygiene, kind stuff, beautiful ambient and Dr Martin is so nice and friendly, willing to answer every question, and the most important of all, he did very good job. I am really satisfied and i strongly recommend it.
I just got wrinkle treatment today with a doctor called Olga. I feel like nothing. I’ve had wrinkle treatment done for the past eight years but this was the first time it didn’t work. I will wait for the two weeks return and ask them to fix it. First time doing Botox in Switzerland, I guess is just not good.
Been to smoothline today after awhile. Was a very cozy atmosphere as i remember and very welcoming. Loved the flower deco. Due to my tight schedule i was alittle late for my actual appointment but they still managed to squeeze me in for a different treatment & appointment which i found very nice. Am looking forward for my next treatment next week. My Botox treatment went quite smoothly.Would really recommend, right at the station very convenient.
Sehr gute und kompetente Beratung, freundlicher Empfang und stilvolle Praxis. Leider ist das Ergebnis nicht ganz zufriedenstellend, meine Zornesfalte ist immer noch zu sehen, obwohl ich genau aus diesem Grund einen Termin gemacht habe. Es wurde zwar mit Botox behandelt und auch gleich die ganze Stirn, aber ganz spezifisch auf dieses Problem wurde leider nicht eingegangen...
Ich bin seit Jahren Kundin und habe immer die gleiche behandelnde Ärztin. Sie versteht was ich mir vorstelle, ich vertraue auf ihre Einschätzung und ich schätze ihre feine Art der Behandlung. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Der behandelte Arzt ist sehr kompetent gewesen und hatte ausführlich über die Behandlung informiert. Mit dem Resultat bin sehr zufrieden. Ich kann Smoothline mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Wegen ständigen Verspannungen im Kiefer (und Zähneknirschen) habe ich bei Herrn Kopietz die Botox Behandlung des Masseters (Kaumuskels) durchführen lassen. Ich habe mich bei Smoothline von Anfang an wohl und gut beraten gefühlt. Herr Kopietz war sehr kompetent und sympathisch. Die Behandlung war sehr schnell vorbei und nur mit wenigen Nebenwirkungen verbunden (einzelne kleine blaue Flecken, schwacher Muskel am ersten Tag, minimale Schmerzen). Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und würde diese Behandlung wieder bei Smoothline durchführen lassen.
