I am almost done with my sessions for laser at this clinic, and I can say it is by far the best clinic I have been to for laser hair removal. First of all it really really REALLY works, I had results after the first session, and I have a olive/dark skin tone. I felt very comfortable from the consultation to the actual sessions. The staff is very warm and booking an appointment is very easy online. Yulia is a great technician, she always makes me feel comfortable and let’s me know what’s going on. If I could I would give 6 stars! Thankyou!!

Great service, awesome results even for dark skin. Having skin type 5, I knew upfront that it was going to be hard to find the right hair removal machine suited for my skin type. I was also very scared to go through the laser hair removal process again as I was severely burned after having it done back in Belgium. I have already noticed great results after having hair removal process done twice at Skin Clinic Dermonde.

Well I did few sessions in this clinic and I would say I was satisfied with the treatment. The name of the specialist was Mark and he handled the procedure very well and never let me to doubt on anything. This guys discussed the best setting for the laser with you and only with your consent will go ahead. Relying on his experience can be done without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this clinic for best result.

hi..i did two sessions in this clinic and i am much satisfied with the result.still some more sessions to go thank you Mark.he did laser setting that suits my skin and only after seeing the result he will continue to do laser to remaining area so that there will be no scar in the skin.I am from India.really thank you very much Mr.Mark

If possible 0 stars. Like some of the reviewers here, I did not have the chance to experience the apparently exceptional service. I booked my appointment a week ago and planned my day and week around this - it is summer, so yes, this is very important. When I arrived, Mark was there to welcome me. He then started going about a new machine and new technology for a good 10 minutes. At the same time, also telling me that if I wanted to use that machine, I should wait for next week and come back again next week blah blah blah. Well, too bad for him, I wanted to use the old machine today because this is why I made the appointment today, not next week! Then only he told me that, oh, there is no female colleague working today and he could not do the treatment for me since it is at an intimate area. Seriously?! Shouldn't he have known?! I rushed and ran for the train and wasted my 30 min travelling here and he further wasted now another 15 min and then I now have to travel back to work which takes another 30 min, ALL FOR NOTHING?!!! To be fair, he did apologise. But that was it! Who is now gonna compensate for the 75 minutes that I wasted for nothing? Totally unprofessional when he really could have just called me and told me that it was not possible to do it today since his staff is not available instead of giving me all the hassle.

I haven't had the chance to see if the treatment is good, but if it is loke their customers service I'm convinced it ia horrible. I book an appointment online and when I got there there was nobody. I called and I have been told they didn't have any appointment at that time and they have changed mine to the next day! But nobody told me that. Bad service, unfriendly people.
