Good food and drinks a friendly service. Well priced for Zurich. Unfortunately the bathrooms were pretty dirty.

Great place to sit outside and try to eat what must be one of the world's largest schnitzels. I only wish they had a better selection of beer.

You must have the pork chop here. The herb butter is a perfect complement to the pork chop. Can't stress how you must eat here if you are in Zurich. English friendly. Might get a little loud and cramped, but it is worth it! Please have patience and kindness towards the service people. They are trying their best to accommodate everyone.

Very nice and friendly place. I have been here several times during many business trips to Zürich. The food is good and the price is quite low compared to Swiss prices.

They have great beer collection but no chips/fries to munch on.

The jumbo cordon blue is massive and well cooked, as well as the fries. Giving how it looks, I expected a bit more from its taste. You are going to sit next to random people, and some may be really loud. Make sure you are ok with this type of authentic experience before you get in. Prices are honest, considering the location and the portion sizes. Staff wasn’t very friendly. I understand the place is popular and busy all times, but regardless of that, customer service should always be a priority. That is the only reason why I’m not scoring a 5-star. However, a must if you visit Zurich.

One of the oldest beer hall in Zurich! We came here at 730pm and the tables look empty outside but when we went in, it was packed and loud! We managed to squeeze in between two parties. I ordered the sausage and rosti like everyone else and we had a couple beers! Real fun and authentic experience!
