Yes, Zoo Buildings's are still closed. But here you can watch some animals indoors lot of different things for all kind of animals, and wonderful staff. (One more weird fact about the pandemic rules: they were not allowed to sell pets, but animals such as grigs which can be used as food for other animals you could buy. Also they would probably have been allowed to sell the pets for pickup, so you could look at pets in the store and then order them by phone/email/online to pick them up at the store )

Amazingly clean aquarioums. But a poor selection of fish. No saltwater aquariums . No fish bigger than 5cm. But nice and very clean

Had a very disappinting experience today - it would have been my first time zhopping at Qualipet. I wanted to buy a fish tank for a betta fish (i had already kept bettas before, and i also did my research). The tank i picked out had all the necessary tech, but i mentioned to the employee that i also want a heater. She started contradicting me, saying that bettas absolutely don't require a heater. I tried explaining to her that in my experience, they did better in warmer water so i would still like to get a heater. She then started yelling at me that i have no idea what i'm saying, that she is a betta breeder and she knows better and that i am most definitely doing something wrong. I tried to calm her by explaining that i didn't insinuate that she was doing something wrong, but her reply was that obviously, because i was the one doing things wrong. So i left without buying anything. How does Qulipet train their employees?
