It has a really nice ambience with good music playing in the background. The food took a little longer to arrive, but was very delicious and also visually pleasing. The prices are normal for Zurich and I would definitely go there again.

Unfriendly place. Ambience and interior design unfortunately do not matter when service and friendliness are not given. Would never return nor recommend the place.
I love the design of the place, visited a few times, according to my friend it turns into a nice dancing spot in the evening (when there are no Covid restrictions) they have a variety of drinks, even non-alkoholic cocktails. Sometimes the waiters don't really know what's going on, hopefully they will train their staff better... However during our last visit we encountered a really rude waitress, she complained when we wanted to pay separately and was absolutely rude basically at every encounter with us.
Casual bar/ lounge and club in the weekend. The outdoor terrace is lovely in the summer and they have romantic heaters in the winter. The staff is very friendly as well.
STAY AWAY from this place ! Worst place to go. Don’t ignore all the negative reviews - they are indeed all correct. Arrogant staff , totally disrespectful, they don’t care about guests. The staff is far away from professionalism and shows worst behavior you can imagine (continuously) - on plus an overpriced menu for bad drinks. If you want to have a nice evening go everywhere but not to this place!!!
Pur pur probably stands for \poor poor\ customer service, and it is still generous. We ordered complete meals (with drinks), and we also asked for some tap water, which was denied (even if there is a public fountain 30 meters away). I said \it is the first time that happens to me\, and the waitress replied \there is always a first time\. OMG she must be the owner, otherwise I cant explain myself how she still works there.
I can't stress how poor the customer service is at this place. I am not putting less stars because it doesn't allow me. The staff was rude and disrespectful. Please do not support this place. We reserved space for thirty people and the service was poor since the very beginning. They made a big deal out of everything. One of my friends was one hour late and they made him stand in line with general entry (I understand that). Because it was a birthday I asked them if they could put his entry cost on my tab, this request was rudely and aggressively denied immediately by the entry \host\ (a horribly entitled woman) and the security man. We ordered a birthday cake (it cost 150chf) which was presented to us as \Happy 21st Amanda\ when the cake was for a 25yo male named something completely different. They still tried to make us pay for it. We kindly declined the cake and left peaceful, happily ever after because we will never return.
Ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Absolutely not able to make a decent spritz aperol. Don’t go if you have a nice apero in mind.
