Very opinionated nurses, no respect nor empathy of the employees. Bad option for first time mothers as they abuse your lack of knowledge in evey aspect. They speak only german (or they play as they do to ignore you).

I had my first operation at this hospital, and everyone was very kind & caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t have imagined going through what I did anywhere else. Thank-you!
Good doctors, incompetent hospital staff, an aggressive hospital director, no food whatsoever after 8 p.m. and withholding of medications despite doctor’s specific orders - all this for Sanitas private hospital insurees. If you’re unable to drive yourself to this idiosyncratic place, a Maybach incl. a very friendly and professional chauffeur will give you a ride.
The stuff was fine
My wife and I did a birth preparation course at the Bethanien clinic, and found it very useful and well organised! Kiely was a great instructor, with a lot of room for questions and discussion. The two day course also included a delicious lunch in the excellent restaurant of the clinic.

Das Personal - Empfang, Pflege, Anästhesie - ist sehr freundlich, den Wünschen der Patienten wird nachgekommen und das Essen - Qualität und Service - ist hervorragend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das ganze Team. Ein ganz spezieller Dank an Frau E. Sopjani, die mich fast täglich begleitet hat, für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und sehr angenehmen und aufmunternden Umgangsart. Obwohl noch in Ausbildung, war sie professionell ihren Fachfrauen und -männern ebenbürtig. Was sicher auch für die Ausbildnerin und die Klinik spricht. Ich kann die Bethanien Klinik nur weiterempfehlen.
