Very rude and unfriendly service. They are not trying to make their tenants happy. They are trying to make tenants to pay everything, also the things that is supposed to be paid by the apartment owner. One worker was even mugging me in the telephone, when I didn’t remember my wife’s email! She asked if I remember her birthday! Or our wedding day! Try to avoid this company -there will be only trouble!

We don't recommend this agency. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. Firstly, they contacted us with the offer of the another apartment than we initially applied, which was ok for us. After accepting their offer, they started looking for excuses - they claimed they don't want to rent this apartment if we are not proficient in German. After we switched to German all our communication with them, they said, that it was not the problem at all, but there is another issue - they cannot rent the apartment before the 1st of November. After our confirmation that we can wait, another reason came - apparently they can't rent the apartment from the legal reason. In conclusion, we would be completely fine with the straight answer that they rented the flat to someone else. Instead of that, the company was just playing childish game of bringing a new excuses and wasting our time.

Die Privat und Treuhand-Verwaltungs AG kann ich als Verwaltung nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Die Verwaltung war stets professionell, hat schnell reagiert und war unglaublich freundlich!
Wir sind seit Jahrzenten Mieter und können nur positiver berichten.
Die ursprüngliche Mitarbeiterin, welche für unsere Wohnung zuständig war, wurde gewechselt, ohne dass wir je darüber informiert wurden. Bei der Wohnungsabgabe tauchte eine andere Mitarbeiterin in einem zu kurzem Oberteil (man sah ihren Bauch) und mit Kaugummi im Mund auf. Sehr unprofessionell und störend! Dabei hat sie mich die ganze Zeit über herablassend behandelt. Sie arbeitet aber nicht mehr dort... Administrative Anfragen werden eingermassen schnell bearbeitet, jedoch oft unfreundlich und in besserwisserischem Ton.
