It was recommended by a US friend but I was highly disappointed. The chicken was dry, the mac&cheese was not cheesy and the fries were soggy. Covid was not an excuse because I ordered there and then and got a takeaway to eat outside i.e. no delivery issues. I would have liked to have chosen the piece of chicken but I received a side back/ breast piece with no meat. KFC is not much better but I'd still prefer to go there.

This is a great spot if you are an ex-pat that misses the good-old fast-food style fried chicken. Been waiting for a place like this for 3 years! The fried chicken is better than the sandwich in my opinion.

We had to wait quite a long time outside in the cold (Covid times) for our order to be prepared. I don't know if the service will be quicker when things return to normal. The food was good. Children liked it.

We had take away. Fries were forgotten, we only realized it at home. Mac and cheese tasted super sour. Only the Chicken sandwich was good. Won't go back

The chicken is really amazing. Best nuggets ever, very tender! Wings are very tasty as well.Very quick service once inside but you need to wait for 20 min since there is a queue. Unfortunately only 2 days after the opening they are already out of stock on the sandwich as well as no mac and cheese, which is simply ridiculous.

The food is great if you dont mind the extreme fat. when I reheated it at home, the oven tray was left very fatty... as the fat cooled.down it also went solid which indicates it is a form of semi plant butter type of fat they use. which is even more unhealthy

Although the order was not fully prepared, the manager Lily is so friendly and nice. She immediately solve my issues. Best chicken in zurich!
