Congratulations for the great and unique store! The showroom is beautiful, the service is helpful and friendly, and everything is so stylish, classic and elegant. The mix and match concept is super, and the skirts can be used “all day”. Plus, it is so practical to buy online and in 1-2 days it’s delivered. But if you want to try the clothes on, I definitely recommend going to the showroom... it’s stunning!

***edit*** We voiced our concerns per email to the owners and got a new appointment with Gabi and we're blown away with how nice she was! 100% improved experience! We were also told that other employee, with whom we had had the previous experience, has been let go. ***old review*** Came excited, left defeated. We came here to try some dresses for a bride on a o appointment necessary\ day (Tues, Thus). Upon entering, the sales lady straight out asked us why we didn't book an appointment since we were there for a wedding dress. After we told her that we were just casually browsing she insisted that we should have made an appointment and that we had been \lucky\ because there could have been a lot of customers even though there was nobody else in the store. Throughout the whole process, which is already very stressful on a small budget, she made offhanded comments \this length looks wrong on you\, \don't you have any pictures of what you want?\, \you can't wear that with flats\. Ultimately, after reluctantly showing us two skirts and one top, she basically told the bride that she didn't fit and sent us home. She did give us some great advice though - that we should google wedding dresses. Over all, she went out of her way to make us feel extremely unwelcome and we left feeling very disheartened. I really hope that they improve their customer and sales service because we really liked their concept and dresses.

Ein wirklich toller Showroom mit super Kleidern für die Frau! Heute begleitete ich meine Freundin zum Shopping bei piqyourdress. Ein kurzer Erfahrungsbericht. Als wir den Showroom betraten wurden wir super freundlich von der Verkäuferin begrüsst. Der ganze Raum ist echt schön eingerichtet und die Kleider werden schön präsentiert. Die Kleider können einfach und gemütlich durchstöbert werden. Die nette Verkäuferin war äusserst kompetent und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde auch ein Getränk angeboten - der wartende Mann bekommt sogar ein Bier. Die Kleider sehen echt super aus und sind gemäss meiner Freundin sehr angenehm zu tragen. Es war ein tolles Einkaufserlebnis und ich kann piqyourdress jeder Frau sehr empfehlen.
