I ordered simple white rice with peanut sauce plus peanut sauce for take-away. They charged me first 35.-, then 16.- and then finally I corrected them down to 8.-. All the while three of the workers kept talking to each other in Vietnamese or something similar. Then I got the rice with some kind of sweet and sour sauce and onions. I had to complain, and so they had this idea of sprinkling some peanuts on top of the already ordered dish and call it a day. I said no, I wanted some new rice, with the correct sauce this time. Then I got the rice, but this time around with some dark sauce plus peanuts sprinkled on top of it. Internally, I gave up and just ate the food, which was quite bitter. When I finished, I showed them a picture of the sauce I wanted, and they told me, that I had to show them the picture instead of saying it in words. Additionally, they didn't even give me the peanut-sauce for take-away. Like, if you dont have the sauce, just tell me, and I can go to the next restaurant! Don't try to rip me off with some bootleg peanut sauce! You think I wouldn't notice? I've been there once before and last time they got it right! They couldn't even speak nor understand German properly! I've decided to never go there ever again, I'm very disappointed und furious.

We eat here almost weekly. Probably the best Viet in Zurich! Incredible Pho! Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Highly recommend!
