They screwed up the molds for my ear plugs not once, but twice. Still waiting for a pair after more than two months. The first two pairs did not work at all, fell out of my ears. The second pair had one ear fitting, but the second ear completely loose. A complete waste of money after a sales pitch telling me they would be better than the disposables ones, in fact the disposable ones were much better and did not cost 125CHF. Also ordered musicians headphones, they arrived broken with the wires clipped (so one earpiece per plug, and not actually usable) and did not fit properly. Still waiting, after two months for my pair. They refused to cancel the order even though they were ordered two months ago and nothing was delivered.
