An awesome store for music instruments and accessories. Bought couple of strings for violin. I visited this store few years back. It is walkable distance from central station. Musik Hug has a mesmerising workshop/museum of violin. Mr.Burger is a friendly gentleman who is the main technician/person in charge of this workshop. He allowed me to took some pictures. Even he was so busy with his work, Mr.Burger explained me about each process of reinstallation of violin. Will visit again Musik Hug, if I revisit Zurich.

The most amazing music store I've every stepped foot in. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. A must for any musician. They sell, quality instruments of all kinds, and what's more is, they have a floor dedicated to Steinway grand pianos - being a licensed dealer. Wonderful! As a composer, I'm always ready to drop in a music store to test out my compositions on a quality piano, especially a Steinway if I can. Such is this place. I cannot recommend this inimitable establishment enough! I wish them great success.

A really amazing store for piano shopping! I believe also great for other instruments, but I was in the market for a good digital piano with a hammer action and expressive range that was appropriate for my needs. I also very much appreciated the advice/guidance I received. Digital piano prices were also fine: definitely worth paying, and also very valuable to be able to try them out in person. (I've been told the grand pianos are expensive relative to buying from e.g. Germany and sorting out the logistics - which would cause me trouble if I were in the market for one: it's so excellent to have this opportunity to try such a nice range of pianos locally, that I would really want to buy from this store to support this amazing service it is providing!)

Excellent service, great offers... We purchased a piano, and I can only say we were advised in a very professional way by people who knew all about pianos. We are very satisfied. They also speak English. Highly recommended if you're interested in any kind of instrument.
