I tried their curry wurst, you can choose between 2 types of sausage, one with veal (classic) or one with pork which is more like a salciccia with piece is meat. I took the pork sausage. It was good but I was a bit disappointed as the sausage was not grill enough so not crunchy on the outside. The curry sauce was good but not outstanding. What was outside was how cold was the staff... they don’t say hello, don’t say goodbye, reply the minimum to customers questions. Disappointed experience.

Walked in here randomly. Totally against my rules of researching an establishment before going. The gentleman inside was very friendly and helpful. I didn't even have to look at a menu. They have a lot of baked goods, wine and sandwiches so I wasn't sure if they served breakfast. Maybe he made a special case for the visiting American. I went with the safe bet of ham and eggs. I browsed the baked goods as I waited, looking for a snack to take on my tour later. Nothing struck my interest because I was addicted to Parmesan pretzels from the stand outside Coop City. The eggs and ham were both great. Garnished with a tomato slice and some lettuce. I would eat here again.

It's an excellent butcher shop serving lunches to a lot of tourists and locals. Classy, simple, sit at a high-top lunch. They make everything including several kinds of sausage. Steam table sounds bad but the turn over here keeps it fresh. Eat better at half the price of nearby traps.
Hot Cooked lunch, soup, salad and seems to be the cheapest lunch place in Zurich! Yum. And a butcher.
