I’ve worked with many different trainers over the years and Luke is one of the most professional, personable, and pleasant trainers I have worked with. I appreciate that he takes the time to make each workout different and that he listens to feedback. He is always careful to make sure that each of the movements that we do is done carefully and properly to avoid injury. Luke is honest about what needs to be done in order to get results and will work with you to achieve your goals. Workouts will increase in intensity and difficulty as you progress and you will feel yourself getting stronger as long as you keep with the programs he sets out.

Enter Luke. :-) His super-positive attitude always keeps me motivated, and I love that he keeps our workouts fresh and interesting by mixing up the exercises. Progress is fast thanks to his tough, but friendly and ever positive approach.
