I am sure this is a great store, unfortunately we were standing before closed doors during the supposed opening hours. Nobody picked up the phone either. Please change the opening hours in google.

Very disappointing experience ans extremely poor service; Same as other people, we travelled 30mins to arrive to a closed store while according to their Google site, it should have been opened; also tried to called them but nobody picked up the phone. The only reason we decided to go personally to buy products is because their delivery service inside Zurich is a rip off (12chf), which is crazy. As I’m not the only one facing this, I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND buying products in this store to avoid the frustratIon. ---------- Dears, As it's not possible to answer to your comment, I'm editing this one: 1.- I'm not clear why you answer in Spanish a review which was written in English. 2.- I do have experience with On-line shopping and can tell you your shipping cost is an excess (and as per the below comments I'm not the only one saying so); what you should do is to check what other Latinamerican Stores are doing better than you; I've purchased products and their shipping costs (also by Post) are half of what you charge. 3.- If you are running an inventory check that's very good for you, but not my problem, nor relevant to me. What is indeed my problem, is you wasting my time; If you state that your store is open, one expects that to be true and find an open store when arriving. Don't expect customers to know that the information you publish in Google about the opening times of your store are wrong (and again, I'm not the only one). In the other hand to your comment, do you really expect customers to know when you run your inventories and will close your store? Really? 4.- I've found out enough about your lack of service and that's the reason I judge it; otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time; if you don't like my comments, I recommend you to improve.
