Tough for the tenants, they will push the law to the limits in order to obtain not to pay for maintenance. After much back and forth we came to a mutual agreement, however be sure to always document what happens and be prepared to defend yourself.
Great real estate agency. We just bought an apartment in the center of Zurich and Jörg Janser always showed himself available during the acquisition process. Since I do not speak german, he also help to co-ordinate some of the communication with the construction manager. He was always friendly and open for discussions.
Definitely not recommended, they cannot be called professionals. If you can choose, avoid KM&P. reactive to create a file but after... it sucks, I mean really sucks!
