Although the restaurant did not seat my group of 15 people, the food was delicious and hot when we got it. However, the biggest issue was the timeliness of service. I had to wait around 20 minutes for my food to be sent out, whereas my friend had to wait almost 45 minutes for his food to be sent out. It may be due to the large number of UberEats orders before me, but when in a group of people who got their foods at different times despite ordering before each other.

We've ordered take out from here several times and it's been incredibly slow when we were the only ones in the restaurant. The biggest issue though was we ordered something and when we got home we realized it was completely forgotten from our order, which is really disappointing. They also gave me the wrong drink with my order but I was lucky enough to have corrected the employee before leaving. It's a cool place with good food, but poorly ran.

Crazy long wait (over 20mins) for 3 dishes, and we were the only customers. And worst of all, there was no apology whatsoever. Food was fine.

Great service for helping local businesses in these trying times, you can mix and match from different menus on the same order! Better than using Uber Eats.

What a pity! Really disappointing service, either the delivery guy or the kitchen screwed up and forgot one out of 5 meals. We called and didn't delivered the 5th meal anyway! What a pity

Als es noch das Butcher war sind wir regelmäßig da gewesen, nettes Personal, aufmerksam, gutes Essen, gutes Bier. Jetzt das erste Mal wieder dort gewesen. Getränke kamen erst nach Nachfragen nach 20 Minuten, nach zweimaligem Nachfragen kam das Essen nach fast 2 Stunden!!! Ketchup, Servietten, Besteck haben wir trotz Nachfragen nicht bekommen, sind dann selbst rein und haben es von einem Tisch „geborgt“. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal, schade.
