A doctor I can truly recommened: 1. He and his ever so kind wife make up the perfect team as she is a childern's nurse. 2. Their office is perfectly organised because once you arrive with your child you immediately get your own room and don't have to wait in the waiting room with all the other sick childern (contagiosity). 3. He and his wife are very patient and calm which helps children to be less nervous during check ups. 4. He has his own ultrasonic equipment which means you don't have to go to another doctor if you need to do a ultrasonic test.

Incredibly friendly and thoughtful doctor. Amazing staff. Rooms are comfortable and neat. They offer individual privacy and cosiness. I also love the personal approach for each visit.
I have recommended Dr. Legrand to my circle of mom friends and they are absolutely happy (especially after changing their current pediatrician). While pregnant, i was searching for a pediatrician and friends kept telling me how hard it is to find someone good and most of them don’t even accept any new patients. So when i received the details of Dr. Legrand, i immediately wanted to see the practice and have a feeling if the chemistry and environment would fit our requirements. Dr. Legrand with his lovely wife who is assisting and supporting him, have taken the time to show us the rooms, the service they provide and describing their medical approach they believe in. That was 2 years ago and my kids are loving them - even going through a lot of vaccinations and checkups. What i appreciate about Dr. Legrand & his team is: - practice has a very central location (Bellevue/Stadelhofen) - an elevator which fits even a Twin stroller - no central waiting room, but up to 6 different rooms where families can wait w/o being contaminated by each other - clean rooms - equipment: own Ultrasound, so no extra appointments or change of doctors - Timely appointments and communication (either phone or secure eMail) - provides most of standard medications, so no rush to get into pharmacies (which would be also located around the corners) —\u003e but most importantly is the professional way of working and handling kids & parents: very empathetic and takes time for your kids (you can ask him and he will take time to answer); is taking you - describing the symptoms serious; no feeling of rush & push; Mrs. Legrand assisting him, is absolutely lovely and patient, she is a professional pediatric nurse, so its a perfect team. I can absolutely recommend him, as i have been lucky enough to get it right from the beginning - but listening to what my friends have to say about some other pediatricians, Mr. Legrand is worth this long review!
Sind leider überhaupt nicht engagiert. Uns wurde schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass sie keine neuen Patienten aufnehmen. Auf unsere telefonische Rückfrage wurden wir abgewimmelt und sogar diese 3 Minuten wurden verrechnet. Wir können diesen Kinderarzt absolut nicht weiter empfehlen.
Diesen Arzt kann ich keinen Empfehlen. *Einmal Termin zu spät abgesagt, sfr. 300 Buse. Aufpassen! *Er mag nett sein und die Kinder allein und individuell (in andere Zimmer) untersuchen wollen. Aber das ist nicht professionell-eher ungewöhnlich. Ich sehe keinen Notwendigkeit dafür. *Sie, die Ehefrau, tut eher die Kinder erschrecken mit ihren unproffesionelles Blutentnahme, und macht falsche Termin Einträge. Am Telefon ist sie unglaublich unhöflich und legt das Telefon einer ins Gesicht. Von anderer Welt!! Und das zu Ihren neuen Kunden??!! Eine Termin für mich persönlich habe ich nicht gemacht... eigentlich habe ich nur für meine zwei Kinder gemacht und ich habe es eigentlich absagen wollen, weil die Kinder noch krank von die Impfungen waren... Kein verstand. Sie hat gesagt, es sei zu spät. Extrem enttäuscht. *Hier Geld ist alles.
Oliver Legrand ist ein exzellenter Kinderarzt mit sehr viel Erfahrung. Er und sein Team sind fachlich absolut kompetent, engagiert und emphatisch. Wir fühlen uns in der Kinderarztpraxis am Bellevue bestens aufgehoben.
