I bought some custom made in-ear sound protection since I am a light sleeper and the standard ear protectors are not that comfortable and keep falling out since I have a slightly narrow ear channel. A google search brought me to this place. I had to go there once to get the imprint, and I picked the pieces up around 10 days later and paid 160 CHF for those. The product is excellent and I can sleep much better now. I have been using them for 3 months and my quality of sleep & life has improved. Since your ear \grows\ and changes, you might have to buy a new pair every few years. So 5/5 stars for the product itself. The store itself was also great. I was greated and examined (you should make an appointment) by a german expert. I felt very friendly and professional consulted and treated. The whole examination took around 30min. The pickup was also smooth and worked perfectly. I wouldn't know one single thing I didn't here and would highly recommend it.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Preise zu teuer. Wenn ich beim Eingangsgespräch sage ich möchte keinen Cadillac sondern eher einen Vw muss man mit nicht einen Hörapparat für Fr.4200 pro Ohr anbieten. W. Tschanz

Ich war heute da und empfand den Verkäufer P. Huber sehr unbeteiligt und uninteressiert. Meine Problematik wurde nicht ernst genommen! Jedes Detail zum KIND-Produkt musste ich ihm aus der Nase ziehen. Freundlich war diese Beratung bei Weitem nicht. Hinzu kommt, dass ich das Gefühl hatte er wollte einfach nur Feierabend machen. Dabei war es noch 25 Minuten vor Ladenschluss. Insgesamt ein unbefriedigender Aufenthalt. Es ist mir wichtig, dass man sich in einem Geschäft willkommen fühlt, das war hier leider nicht der Fall.
