I was a frequent client as I always bought my medicaments at this pharmacy. After the following incident, we wont return. My husband bought a sunscreen, which we did not needed as I already bought some, therefore we wanted to give it back immediately. Even though we just bought the cream, we couldn't return it. Moreover, we compared the product prices with other pharmacies, and it is totally overpriced offering exactly the same product. There are many more pharmacies around with better service and cheaper for the same product.

Closes early, before 18:30. So if you need to pick up a parcel make sure you get there well before the advertised business hours. Its been a year since the first half of this review... I mistakenly tried to be efficient when having to pick up a parcel at the post counter and wanted to buy some pain killers for my baby. When it came to paying i was not allowed to pay by card. The grumpy lady rattled off how it costs 0.50 cents transaction fee so i am not allowed to use my card. Please use the pharmacy up the road near the Coop, they are extremely friendly and helpful.

Nicht Kinderwagen tauglich- oder Kinderwagenfreundlich! Es hat stufen für den Postschalter Bereich und man darf aus Prinzip nicht von der Rampe auf der Seite mit dem Kinderwagen dort rein, Platz hätte es doch genug. Mir wurde gesagt entweder Kinderwagen draussen stehen lassen (mit Sicht) oder unten in der Apotheke stehen lassen. Sicher nicht - Wer lässt sein Baby allein in einem fremden Ort oder alleine draussen stehen??? Wurde zudem sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ich hoffe schwer nicht, dass Rollstuhlfahrer auch so behandelt werden. Schrecklich.
