Read the Web page description and the reviews and stop complaining about things that are actually listed people! It's in a good location, it doesn't have a reception, there is 1 bathroom per floor, it's the cheapest place to stay in Zurich. My only annoyance was my bed being literally the other side of the wall to the toilet so I could hear everything in the bathroom. Wifi is good and is set up in the middle of the corridor for all rooms. No smell of smoke like someone else listed. Beds are simple singles ones, I think from ikea so no bouncing and I would heaf big bags onto the either. Oh and when you do the code on the front door, do it slowly! It doesn't seem to register properly if you type it in too quick. Otherwise, it was exactly what we expected, hence the rating.

Great location, organized, clean and comfortable.
BED BUGS! DO NOT BOOK! I asked the hotel owner to take a look and change my room. Not only was he hostile, he went into complete denial when looking at the feces of the bugs on my bed and the marks on my shoulder and arm. He said that the bites were from mosquitoes. In general the room was dirty. The sheets and towels were not changed regularly. If all the beds were occupied only one bathroom and toilet was available to a whole floor (around 12 people). The bathroom was dirty and I often saw traces of feces around the toilet and the toilet floor. At night there were strangers in the hostel, who were not renting a room, because the outside door was left unlocked. It is an unsafe place.
I didn't like it at all. First of all the guy who welcomed us wasn't polite at all, I still wondering why I couldn't pay with credit card only cash. The heater didn't work and the first night I was freezing. The bathroom wasn't clean at all, toilet paper were in all the floor and not to talk about the smell.
They cancelled reservation on day of arrival by email. No prior phone contact. We only discivered it after arriving and logging to their wifi because of ultra expensive data rates for roaming in Switzerland. If I could give negative stars I would. Reason for cancellation was "remodelling" there was quiet and no sings for any work. And this kind of decisions are not made the same day when you have clients booked!!!
The walls are so thin it's like being in the same room with other room &sane with the outside. - The linen were obviously reused without washing from previous customer, many hair and dirt spot. - There are 2 number available to call for service , I tried both many time and none answered during "working hours" - Credit/debit card not accepted but they don't have change for cash...
This is a cheap accommodation in Zurich. The hostel room is spacious and clean. One bathroom is to be shared by 3 rooms on one floor. The shower is a bit cramped. The beds were annoyingly squeaky. Lift is available. Wifi was good enough. Tram station is located close by. Payable Parking is available at Migros supermarket. As far as a basic accommodation is concerned, its manageable.
This has been the worst experience ever. We were a group of 8 with a baby with all our luggages and we reached the hostel and kept on buzzing at the doors on all floors but no one ever assisted.. Is this even a real hostel? No one ever answered all the contact numbers!!! No one answers e-mails. What an inconsiderate bunch of people :(
