A wonderful location for events such as the Tutankhamen one that I visited. Very spacious and professionally organised but one thing made me deduct one star from my review: lighting. . . . . . or rather, the lack of it. I went with a colleague who is visually impaired. The walls of the 622 hall are painted black. The labels on the exhibits are not contrasty enough and I had to often use the torch function on my mobile in order to enable my colleague to be able to read them. It would be worthwhile, in my opinion, to have at least one day when the hall is not plunged onto darkness.

The exhibition is exquisite, though conservative done. Bit tedious at the entrance, nobody says a word, you've got to figure the technical staff out alone. You can't really do wrong with Tutenkamon. Water and toilet are at the end, be prepared

Be aware the online you are overcharged for entry to the Tutanchamun exhibition. You can easily buy your tickets on-site so don't waste time and money to buy online.

I was there for the Tutankhamon exhibition. It was not crowded at all. It was mostly enjoyable, except it took a while to get used to the guide system. Somehow the combination of audio guide, posters and description of the exhibits made for an interesting but quite hectic visit.

Tutankhamun exhibition, you cannot not go there, it's a must! Even our 6-year-old enjoyed it passionately! Get basic info from the internet before so you know a bit why it's so special! Detailled, reproduced artefacts are splendid and better than the real ones coz one gets to admire the objects from a lot nearer! Excellent audioguide in addition too that completes the info from the exhibition's written comments next to the artefacts

Great venue with a well-organized layout. You can come in and out to get drinks at the total of three bars. There's a cloakroom too, very convenient.
