The optic offers a good niche and premium selection of glasses. However, customer service is poor and I list below a few examples: a. Visited the store many times to find the optimal solution for my glasses / lenses, but every time I would found a different optician behind the counter creating strong communication gaps b. What was promised one day by one optician was denied by the other the next day, creating untruthful situations c. For lenses, the shop relies on the Swiss supplier Optiswiss from whom they probably benefit of a good relationship and bulk discounts. Unfortunately, they would do anything to convince you that Optiswiss is the worldwide best option for lenses in spite of poor anti-static properties (see picture attached) d. They offered 1-month guarantee if not satisfied with the glasses, but actually when coming back with my concerns I was asked to pay back the difference cost of the new lenses PLUS to give up on any discount they promised in the past e. After asking me to come back because of my poor review on google maps offering me to find a solution, they insisted on saying that the lenses are the best and no other option would meet my requirements (in terms of thickness & anti-static properties). I also did some research for them highlighting different suppliers - but useless. In summary, the owner and opticians in this store do not understand customer requirements up to the point of being stubborn and making feel the customer a charlatan. I wear glasses since the age of 8 but this was by the far the worst experience of my life.

Ich kenne Frau Junger schon seit vielen Jahren und Sie ist die einzige die meine kompliziertere Korrektur bei den Kontaktlinsen richtig hinkriegt. Für mich die kompetenteste Linsenfachfrau überhaupt. Bis bald wieder:)

Super Beratung, bin sehr happy mit meinen neuen Brillen!
Ein überaus fein ausgewähltes und abgestimmtes Brillensortiment, mit zum Teil auch sehr ausgefallenen Modellen, die ich so noch nirgends gefunden habe. Ich habe gleich zwei Sonnenbrillen gekauft. Dazu kommt auch noch ausgezeichneter Service von Gabriel. Ich kann diesen wunderschönen Brillenladen nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Ich kann nur sehr gutes sagen über diese Optiker - Geschäft ! Als ich mit einer Kollegin zu Herr Wyss ging wurde sie \ topp \ Beraten ! Was echt nicht einfach ist , denn sie hat einen aussergewöhnlichen Modegeschmack ! Total \happy \ und Glücklich ist sie jetzt eine Besitzterin einer sehr modischen Korrektur Brille ( mit Gleitsicht ) und einer einzigartigen ( aus einer normalen Brille ) Sonnenbrille ! Sie wurde super Beraten , die Farbe der Gläser etc. sind ein absoluter Hingucker ! Ich kann dieses Geschäft nur weiter empfehlen ( und diesen Optiker ) und freue mich sehr auf einen baldigen Besuch bei Herrn Wyss , denn ich werde auch eine Korrektur Sonnenbrille bei ihm kaufen ! Nochmal's auch im Namen meiner Kollegin vielen herzlichen Dank für den super tollen Service ....
Die Auswahl ist geprägt von nicht-Standard Brillen und super umfassend. Dank äusserst kompetenter Beratung, welche mich mit viel Freude beraten hat, habe ich nun wieder eine Brille in der ich mich sehr wohl fühle. Besten Dank!
Bin froh, dass mir bei Gaîté nach langem hin und her bei verschiedenen Optikern die passenden Kontaktlinsen angepasst wurden. Die Beratung bei Danica Djordjevic war sehr kompetent und sympathisch.
