I needed to print one color page from a memory stick. I was totally ignored for a couple of minutes, then someone came and told me that I could print it myself at a copy machine (I actually used this machine once in the past for copying some documents). I asked for some help because I didn't know how to make the machine read my memory stick, but I was again ignored. After more waiting, my money expired because the machine was idle for too long and I finally left without printing anything.

Worst customer service and company spirit ever! I have been going there for various reasons such as buying cards or picking up parcels. Not do all people there never feel the need to offer any help they also look at you in disgust if you ask. I had multiple times where I wanted to pick up a parcel with a pick-up slip and they told me they don't have it. Only once I pressured them to go look for a zalando box. The parcel magically appeared. The other day I got a ripped Amazon package and asked if I could leave the anyway torn box there (it was only a travel guide so super little box) and the girl told me in a real arrogant manner: o you cannot we are not a recycling factory\ I have been going there as the post office is being refurbished but I would never recommend anyone to go there if they can avoid it. Today was the tip of the iceberg which is why after all these experiences I felt I should share that. Happy Weekend everyone!

Ein verstecktes Wunderland. Der Duft hölzernen Bleistifte in der Nase erinnert an die Schul- und Jugendzeit, die Farbpalette der unzähligen Schreibpapiere an die Liebespoesie und die Geschäftsbriefe. Die Lernenden (Lehrlinge) sind stets freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls die Angestellte sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Der Mann mit dem Anzug scheint der Chef zu sein. Er wird es vermutlich auch nicht immer leicht haben, in diesem Laden, mit der verrückten Kundschaft im Kreis4. Für mich ist er im grossen und ganzen ein richtig netter Brumbär. Ein Laden den man gerne betritt. STA I
