The prices are normal Swiss prices. I ordered a bike, and I have to keep calling them to find out the status. When I ordered, there was no indication that there was no stock of it, like websites usually tell you. No acknowledgement from them that they received my payment either. I must have called at least 5-6 times. How about letting me know when I will receive the product or, the fact it wasn't in stock to begin with? A simple email would do, like with Galaxus.ch for example. I called last week they said this week. Now it's minimum another week's wait? Now I am trying to get a refund, hopefully I can buy the bike somewhere else.

Asking 600euro for the ATX 660 bench. Normal price is 350 euros. Good luck with that... -_-
Prices are not normal! They ask almost double the normal price of an ATX bench (MBX 660). I wish them bad karma and bankruptcy. Probably doing very well because of the crisis, but still trying to F the customer. Shame on you.
Solid selection of all the things you need. Prices are Swiss standard. Staff is helpful. English is spoken.

Hatte die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht wie Vincent. Bei Anruf hatte man mich gebeten, Online zu schauen oder ein Mail zu senden. Im Dezember hatte ich dann ein Mail mit konkreten Fragen gesendet und es kam bis heute keine Antwort. Habe nun direkt bei Rogue bestellt.
Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, würde nie mehr dort bestellen. Man erreicht niemand per Telefon auch auf Mails wird einfach nicht geantwortet. Produkt war angegeben auf Lager als ich bestellt habe und dann war es aber wohl doch nicht wirklich auf Lager. Aber es konnte mir auch keiner eine Auskunft geben, da je weder auf Telefon noch auf Email geantwortet wurde. Ich dachte ich bestelle extra bei einem kleinen Shop dann ist das persönlich und nett, aber das war ein grosser Reinfall. Also Finger weg von diesem Shop, bestellt irgendwo anders.
