If it wasn't for Sven Krizanic and wefox, I would still face next year amidst the Covid-19 crisis totally exposed and from a critically unsafe insurance position. Sven provided me with excellent consulting service, he has a great experience and acts in an agile manner but on top, he really takes the extra mile and passionate to help people get the right solution for them. His recommendations are always tailor-made, he helps to navigate in the mess of different insurance options and you can always reach him with doubts and questions. He helped me to change insurer last minute, personally running around with my papers to be in time and make sure I can already benefit from a uncomparably better coverage for 2021 without paying a fortune. I can truly recommend him in case you need support. As a background, I have been living in Switzerland for 6 years, always using the exact same health insurance and insurer I have inherited from my 1st workplace. The big issue was that after shifting from the original, company subsidized plan to a private contract, I was not at all aware that for paying a similar amount I got drastically reduced coverage and therefore was at high risk of not getting proper treatment should anything happen to me...and I am sure, I was not alone in the same trap.
