Such a personable doctor, takes a lot of time for his patients. He's very honest and I appreciate that about him. Dr. Bessler is an extremely professional doctor. Dr Bessler and his team are fantastic. The initial consultation was incredibly detailed and he talked through the procedure step-by-step, using diagrams and photographic technology. On the day of the surgery they all made me feel comfortable and very at ease. The follow up appointments were all excellent and they answered my questions patiently and without all the scientific jargon - I understood absolutely everything, every step of the way. All my requests were met with a smile and they are exceptional with communication; both via telephone and email. I am so happy that I had my surgery there and quite frankly, I don’t think there is any better place to go. Highly recommend to anyone needing any nasal surgery. He is terrific! Thank you to the whole team who are all brilliant!

In den vergangenen Tagen hatte ich meinen Termin bei Herrn Dr. Bessler wahrgenommen und seine absolut menschliche Art und Kompetenz auf seinem Fachgebiet sind eine Referenz und wiegen das Gegenüber in absoluter Sicherheit. Obwohl bei mir kein ästhetischer Eingriff eine Verbesserung meiner Atmung bringen würde, hat er mich untersucht, seine Meinung mitgeteilt und mich an zwei Kollegen verwiesen welche für nicht ästhetische Eingriffe spezialisiert sind. Herr Dr. Bessler strahlt von der ersten Begegnung an Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz aus. Er nahm mir in den Gesprächen jegliche Ängste, welche ich vor dem Eingriff hatte. Auch am Tag der Operation war er sehr einfühlsam, so dass ich mich jederzeit wohl und in den besten Händen gefühlt habe. Und das Resultat der Operation war ein voller Erfolg. Das Beratungsgespräch mit Herr Dr. Bessler verlief sehr gut. Sehr interessant war zu sehen, wie wir anhand die Fotos, die wir vor dem Gespräch gemacht haben und am Computer mit dem Simulationsprogramm die Nase formen konnten. Es war sehr schön, dass er sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen hat, um mir alles in Ruhe zu erklären, was mit meiner Nase machbar ist und was nicht. Das fand ich wirklich genial! Habe dadurch ein sehr positives Gefühl bekommen, dass ich mich entschlossen habe, die Operation von Dr. Bessler durchführen zu lassen. Ich danke nochmals herzlich Dr. Bessler und dem Team und freue mich schon sehr bald auf meine neue Nase und mein neues Selbstbewusstsein.

Ich war auch bei Dr. Bessler. Ich war unzufrieden. Herr Dr. Besser ist sehr kühl und ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Als ich fragen gestellt habe, wusste ich nicht ob er mich überhaupt zugehört hat. Ich bekam kein gutes Gefühl. Auch das Team war nicht hilfsbereit.
