Went for a consultation with Doctor Kaufmann and I'm very satisfied with his service. Very good analisys and follow ups. Patient care was good. If I ever need will return.

As a Swiss expat I've been returning to Zurich over the years to consult Dr. Kaufmann. He combines the highest professional standards with up-to-date medical insights, wide experience and great people skills. He has offered me a balanced view on a complicated condition and keeps providing me with effective and practical advice making essential improvements to my life. He has also been very forthcoming in communicating with my English speaking GP and some specialists. Highly recommended for people looking for integral no-nonsense medical help and advice.
Dr. Med. Kaufmann is a very competent, friendly, patient and discreet doctor. I have been in his care for the past ten years, always felt warmly welcomed, cared for and taken seriously. He gets to the depth of your health problem, analyses it carefully and then provides you with an effective remedy. This is quite unlike many other doctors who just supply you with a pile of chemistry without understanding where your health problem actually lies. Dr. Med. Kaufmann is a rare find in Zurich and I can only recommend him to anyone who is trying to find a good doctor.
unfortunately I also have a problem but he did the two procedures, color and lower stomach, after i took the proper medicine you must drink the day before to clear out the intestines. he said I had undigested food in the upper stomach, gave me some maalox powder and a stomach soother but it did not work at all. i still have a bad problem. i will call him but need to find a better doctor. yes, he only will speak with me in Deutsch
Please avoid this place. I went there because I had serious issues, the doctor took 10mn. to visit me and charged Fr.-200. He gave me some pills which made it worse, without any advise and let me go. After a second analysis from another doctor, my problem was solved a few months later. Furthermore, the doctor was extremely rude. I called the Praxis before my visit, in order to know if English would be ok. As it is an health problem, I'd rather express myself in a language I handle better. I was told it would be ok. Once there, I asked in German if I could express myself in English, and he started insulting me in front of my fiancée, explaining that as a foreigner I should be able to speak perfectly German and this would be the only time I will speak to me in German. Basically, he was happy to take my money, but not happy to help..
Sehr freundliches medizinisches Personal! Auch beim Arzt fühlte man sich gut aufgehoben.
Leider wurde ich nicht so nett behandelt von Herrn Doktor Bei mir war alles auch recht kurzfristig und im Endeffekt hab ich den Anschiss vom Doktor bekommen das ich Verstopft war Was ich Ihm 2 Tage vorher noch mitteilte...egalll ich hab was draus gelernt... Die 3 Sterne gebe ich nur den Schwestern die waren Top und sehr aufmerksam. Zu Ihm würde ich nie wieder gehen Er behandelt mich nicht sehr nett und man hätte meinen können da geht es nur um die Spiegelung (Geld)
Ich war nun das zweite Mal bei Dr. Kaufmann und wurde wiederholt sehr gut beraten. Meine Beschwerden und die Ursache wurden sehr präzise diagnostiziert und dementsprechend behandelt. Herr Kaufmann hat sich auch genügend Zeit genommen und man hat das Gefühl er interessiert sich wirklich für einem.
