Good concept. Pick up is very easy and good in store service. I bought a DJI action Cam and it works perfectly fine was ready to be picked up the next day of my order. They provide good recommendations as well for compatibility options between gadgets like which gimbal is more compatible or not. and very patient to your questions. Will visit again for sure.

35966474 - Product promised for next day delivery was not the case. Item shows as been in stock before I clicked on order. Next day the item was still shown that it is in stock but was never been shipped. Digitec was professional enough to quickly respond to issue and it ensured it was delivered one day later than promised.
I bought several products from Digitec. In one occacion, I received a repaired item that it wasn't the one that I sent to them which came back still brocken! Now Im waiting to get a printer back for my office that stopped working after 9 months so is under guarantee and they keep changing the date to have it back. 1st they said it will be ready between 2-3 weeks and now is between 2-4 weeks. They dont take any responsibility for products under guarantee.
