Dr Bekou is an amazing and competent doctor and a true professional through all these years as my doctor !! She did more than just examine me and give me a medicine! She actually takes the time e in every single visit to understand my problem and find the best solution possible and always responds to all of my questions even after our appointments. In every visit Dr. Bekou is really attentive, friendly, helpful and truly interested to help !!! I am beyond grateful to have met such a great doctor and to be treated with compassion and expertise !

Should I had the option I would rate this with a zero star review! A truly negative experience both in terms of medical result but also post treatment response! In detail, I have received some derma treatment which actually turned out burning my skin resulting in permanent damage. The only option as a course of action was to proceed to a plastic surgery, which I had to cover on my own expense and of course performed by another doctor. Needless to describe the psychological, moral and financial impact caused by Ms. Bekou, whereas her response after bringing up all these to her attention was rather apathetic!
I can’t recommend unfortunately. Could not get rid of me faster. A prescription and off you go. I could a get a prescription in the pharmacy and would have been much cheaper. I wanted a solution but as many doctors they don’t bother to find the cause. Only take a pill or lotion and then come back again if you are not happy. If you have a complex problem go somewhere else.
It was a very professional, useful and helpful treatment by Dr. Vassiliki. I was for the treatment and for the reasessment in the office. I could reach her very essily per phone and she responded quickly. Thanks for the disponibility even during no working houers. I appreciate that very much. To be for sure 100% recomended!

Frau Bekou war äusserst inkompetent. Ich wollte mir eine zweit Meinung einholen zu meinem Anliegen. Sie hat mich abschätzig und sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ich habe mich extrem unwohl gefühlt. Diese Praxis kann ich keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!
