Unbelievable slow delivery and forget it in 24 hours delivery written. Never!.. also the refund takes forever. I was waiting for the mirror more than month and it came with completely broken. Of course that can happen but problem is after that. You don't hear anything. No refund has been done so far. Zalando is so much better. Can't even compare....

I ordered a hair dryer on this website. They sent me a completely different lower model than the one I paid for. In order to return it I apparently would need to pay the shipping by myself, and they would give me the refund of the product as a coupon I could use only on their website. I rather gave it away instead of going through this process and still pay more for the shipping, for something which is not my fault. Sorry but never again.

I tried the new service of \food delivery\. Compared to other similar websites, DeinDeal has a better catalogue to show photos for each dishes, and it is very easy to choose from them and to finish ordering. I do appreciate this design of website. Delivery is super fast. I get a message to tell me, it is Mr. Hakim to send me my order, with a link which can track the delivery on map all the time, showing how many minutes left to arrive. Mr. Hakim told me, he always try to arrive before the expectation of clients. A really great, transparent and reliable experience. Professional and attractive. Definitely will try another time.

Bought some different items on their store, it said 1 or 2 days for the delivery and all the items it said they had them in stock, it has been weeks and nothing was delivered. Never shopping again. Avoid at all costs.

A real disappointment... I have ordered a knife set from DeinDeal as the price was unbelievably low. I have made payment online and my orders were confirmed with a delivery date from 28.01.2021 till 07.02.2021. DeinDeal just sent me an email on the 05.02.2021 stating that unfortunately they will not be delivering my order due to some delivery Problems with no other explanation. I am guessing that if the prices indicated on DeinDeal is too cheap, they probably made a price mistake and will not deliver it at that price to you.

Good price/quality ratio although you would like to check the market before buying anything, as many times, those prices are better in other shops, and goods are delivered faster.
