This is by far the best vegan restaurant i’ve been to in a long time. If you’re keen about vegan indonesian food this is definitely the place to go in Zurich. The food was top notch and the service super friendly. We shared the appetizer plate and two of the main dishes. Seitan Sindangalaya & Rendang Nangka. Unfortunately no time and no space for dessert! will do that next time :)

Really delicious Indonesian food. There was this fruit called jackfruit which was so yummy. All the food (as far as I know) was vegetarian. Really yummy spices and tastes very friendly warm service. Really enjoyed it here would definitely recommend

Eating at Dapur was a wonderful experience for my senses. I’ve had the rice table set menu with a starter soup and 11 small dishes to discover traditional Indonesian cuisine. Each dish was so finely made and gave me an almost sensual gustative experience. I loved every second of it. The quantity of food was too much for me and my partner so the host, who by the way is wonderful to talk with, packed the leftovers and I got to enjoy them again in the next days. I only wish Dapur was open for lunch on week days so I would have more occasions to eat there.

Great food and nice people. When I went weekday lunchtime the options appeared quite limited, I was given a menu that had only 3 dishes to choose from. Caters more to Europeans as the sambal was not spicy at all, mostly just sweet. Within normal Zurich price range of 20 CHF per dish.

Cute little restaurant, where you can see the love for details when entering. The food is 4 out of 5 stars, as the duck and beef were on the dry side, but with an excellent sauce. The prices are at the top end and the price-value-relation is 2 out of 5 stars, especially when adding another 12.50 CHF for a side dish of noodles or rice on an anyway pricy 30 CHF dish. If you don’t care about money, this place is a recommend. The service is good with very friendly staff!
