The grocery gets delivered all the way to my porch, the drivers are always nice and polite, if there is anything unavailable from the shopping list, I get an email, they take back paper bags that I collected at home, the delivery is currently free of charge... in summary, I am very happy with the service.

The first time you need to support some more online orders you are not able to handle the traffic. The website is more offline than online, the payments are not happening, the carts are always not up to date. I am trying to make an online order since 3 days already and no luck, will be looking to some other competitors from now on
Horrible level of service. 2 out of 3 times I didn't get the groceries I ordered. One time they substituted oat milk with almond milk which I don't like without letting me know. The second time milk, and a few other items, were missing completely and I was charged for the full order! In the UK I used to order from Ocado and the quality of service was many many times better. It was possible to get a free delivery even for relatively small orders, I could change products up until the last day before delivery. In Coop you cannot change anything once you click 'order', and, many of the products might just be not delivered. Ocado would always substitute missing items with slightly better ones for the same price. Coop just treats their customers like trash and would never give you anything extra to compensate for their own screw-up. They just throw random items and maybe 70% of the original order will actually arrive. For the delivery price of around 17 CHF I would expect much better than that. I prefer to go to the store myself next time and at least I will get the items I want. Never again, Coop!
First time customer. Placed an order for 400CHF. App says, sorry, our stock has changed please remove some items. Doesn’t tell you which. Nice.... So after guessing which items were blocking managed to order. Still over 300chf. Only two delivery windows available 16:30 to 17:30 or 20:30 to 21:30. Since we both work -\u003e 20:30. And now while waiting for the delivery, I get a message saying sorry, we’ll be 75 minutes late. With 2 small kids in the house, 23:00h is not really acceptable. So I call customer service. I explain to the lady what is the situation and she goes “and now what?” After telling her that I actually expect her as a customer service person to come up with solutions I ask her to reschedule for next day. Apparently this is not possible. I would have to make another order. So @coop@home, not really the service I would expect from you. Won’t be using your services anymore. You’re making it very easy for Farmy.ch and others.
The coop@home customer service associates on the phone are simply awful. Their tone and explanations are the opposite of what one would expect. Nearly rude to the customer, don't care about providing a solution and talk to you like they are annoyed with you having a problem with the orders. A bad customer experience that has happened twice! The deliveries can be very delayed at times, but that is not the reason why I contacted them. The chauffeurs, on the contrary, were often polite and helpful
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde, aber in letzter Zeit lässt der Service extrem stark nach. Es wird nicht auf Feedback/E-Mails reagiert. Das Ganze ist sehr frustrierend; als ob man den Kunden abschrecken möchte.
Meine 1ste Bestellung online; Produkten bestellt; keine Lieferungstermine vorhanden. Nach 2 Tagen könnte ich einen Lieferungstermin finden, die Ware bezahlt; Bestätigung erhalten. Am nächsten Tag wurde meine Bestellung einfach storniert! Systemfehler...
