Had an appointment for 10:20 and at 10:35 I stood outside and the practice was concluded. The civil servants were all very friendly.

Great service. Waiting to enter the Consulate took only about 10 min. All the staff (from the person in the front door to the person in the front desk) were helpful and very friendly. Visits to such places are usually annoying, but this was actually a nice experience.

Perfect services and support. The staff are helpful, polite and work very efficiently. You get your documents on time and you never have to wait long gueues, all simply works - from the entrance controll to all further offices. Plus, if you have kids, the staff help you to enter with the heavy trolley, and there is a little corner to play at the waiting area. Every time I need to go to Italian consulate, i am satisfied.

Was able to reach the consulate on the phone on the first try, and the person I spoke to was very patient and friendly. Once I arrived, the line was around the block, but everyone inside the consulate was nothing short of helpful and pleasent.

I am always amazed at how fast and efficient the Italian Consulate in zurich is. One week to get a passport and no delays with any of the services ever. Well done!

Disrespectful of your own privacy, sometimes they dare asking for your personal information in the waiting room, some employees even indulge in \political\ comments against the Muslim or whatever non Caucasian ethnicity. As they usually are two employees per office, you have to use good earplugs to avoid hearing the other person's businesses. Furthermore, you have to take half a day off to go through any type of procedure (as long as you live and work in Zurich).

20 min dead from door to having my passport done. Amazing!
