Very good service, prices doesn't kill and what's the most important - exquisite coffee and truly heavenly macaroons (luxembourghli). Great location comes with great products. Their shop might be chaotic but i understand why. I highly recommend going there even just for a mini macaroon tasting. And bringing some home.

Love love love Sprüngli, best in Zürich. Its not just about chocolate, they offer way more than that and every bite of it is a taste explosion! It's kinda pricey, but totally worth it! Merci viel mal!

I had a great experience here. I heard the chocolate here was fantastic, so I decided to check it out. The chocolate drinks were recommended to me, and the caramelito did not disappoint. I also had muesli here that was quite nice. And of course the chocolates. So many to choose from, and whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed. A must stop when in Zurich.

It’s very beautiful place to visit and enjoy coffee with sweets. It’s two floor cafe with big space in the second floor. I visited it with my family and we enjoyed delicious cakes and chocolates. Also they serve very tasty coffees and fresh juices. The staff were professional and most of them speak English. I highly recommend this beautiful place for all Zurich visitors. I will come back again for sure.
