Leaving in Zurich for over 5 years and a client of Pedro for more than 4 years already. Would never change anything! Amazing friendly team and very helpful. Pedro is such an honest stylist, telling exactly what fits your style and face / skin tone. Highly recommending this Boutique in the old town of Zurich.

would never recommend this place, My son was unhappy with his cut- the hairdresser asked him!! where and how to cut !!as he is particular and just wanted a trim and keep the curls... It is by far the worst cut he has ever had. Your implication that my son was rude is far fetched. My daughter went in asking for ash blonde hair, came out with blue hair! I have photos ...your response to not even consider correcting was incredibly unprofessional and unkind. I would not EVER recommend you to anyone.

It has been my experience that this salon is staffed with only the finest stylists with extensive credentials and training. I was also impressed with how much the staff genuinely cares that each client feels comfortable and confident with the services they are receiving. I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else but Pedro Sanchez. He is a stellar stylists and a wonderful human being!

I moved to Zurich almost 2 months ago from the US. I have been nervous about trying a hair salon but read about this place in several expat articles so finally gave them a try, booked an appointment with Simone for a cut and all over toner. She was so lovely and sweet, and spent a great deal of time making sure she understood exactly what I wanted, being very steady and cautious with preparation, procedure, and styling My cut and color was lovely. And beyond that, I want to address how kind and friendly the entire staff was. *Everyone* was so nice and friendly. one of the staff members overheard me chatting with Simone about how I am trying to learn German and struggling to find the right tools, and she brought over a great book for learning German. Simone shared apps with me, the owners were both so nice and down to earth. They also happen to have the sweetest, most adorable puppy. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you all for your kindness and welcoming behavior to this very gracious foreigner. XOXO

Having read the reviews online I felt confident going in, in particular because my curly hair is not always the easiest to style. I gave the stylist a very clear brief of what I needed, even showed photos of how I had styled it before. From the get go everything felt rushed, with little consideration to the client. When they failed to achieve a good result and I expressed some disappointment, they belittled me for voicing an opinion, blamed the poor result on my “wild, untamed hair” and reduced my self-esteem to pieces by inviting me to go somewhere else. But it wasn’t so much the rushed treatment or poor result that left the worst impression, it was the sheer lack of respect and humility. If you’re reading this, please do not be complicit with this kind of attitude, even if your hair is straight and easy to style and you feel this doesn’t apply to you. In retrospect, I can only conclude most of these reviews have been posted by friends. The salon does not express any genuine desire to make amends. Arguably they should be staying abreast of customer sentiment to address any negative reviews or complaints as they arise. But no. This salon either deletes all negative reviews or denies any knowledge of the dissatisfied clients. Please be warned. Management is patronising, arrogant and dismissive. They're incapable of admitting they’re in the wrong, perhaps out of fear their job might be on the line. But most of all, do not be fooled by the price point and the glitzy exterior.
