The Augustiner Kirche in Zurich was remodelled in 1959 to look like it currently does. During the Reformation the original church was converted and used as a Coin factory for many years. Simple architecture with an impressive Christ figure in the centre of the altar. Nice wood work, stained glass window in the back and a nice organ. Worth the visit while touring Zurich.

Mitten in Zürich an der Bahnhofstraße steht sie da schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Wir haben ein schönes Konzert genossen und die Akustik ist toll, leider gibt es keine parkplätze aber dafür jede Menge öv.

Ciekawe miejsce z ciekawą historią. Pierwszy kościół augustianów stanął w tym miejscu już w XIII wieku, w czasie rozkwitu reformacji w mieście kult ustał, wznowiono go w wieku XIX w wyznaniu starokatolickim. Punkt obowiązkowy dla turystów-ekumenistów ;)
