Absolutely the worst! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The alarm went off in my apartment because it had malfunctioned. It took them 2.5 hours to come and switch it off. It was super loud and I was forced to hear it for 2.5 hours even though I called them and told them about it right away! The police also came and I had to apologize to all my neighbors because this was 7am. The company was extremely non responsive and didn’t care about the massive amount of inconvenience and pain their product was causing. Please never use this company unless you want to go through hell and upset all your neighbors in the process!

Kompliziert und Überteuert. Alarmanlage ging trotzt OFF Funktion los, über 3h Reaktionszeit. Neben den angefallenen Aufwand, will die Firma zusätzlich Admin Aufwand berechnen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Es scheint, als würden nur die Mitarbeiter 5 Sterne vergeben. Complicated and overpriced. Alarm system went off despite being in OFF mode. Reaction time of over 3h to switch off the alarm. Next to travel and actual work time, they event charge for 80 bugs for \Admin\. Not recommended. Looks like only employees are giving 5 stars.
Leider sehr unfreundlicher Service, früher war alles bestens aber anscheinend haben gewisse Service-Leute die Nase gegenüber Kunden sehr hoch gesteckt
