I bought my first Rolex from them in June 2019. The service was top notch. I was looking for OP 39mm in Blue and there were just 2 pieces available in the entire Switzerland. Thanks to Mr Kayumi, he was kind enough to reserve one for me - I picked it up without any delay. Now that 39mm has been discontinued, I feel very lucky to own one. Last month I have put my name on the waiting list for the new Submariner model (Kermit -2020). Hope they deliver it soon. Cheers!
The staff is very kind, prepared and ready to help. I enjoyed my visit at this shop and I have no doubts I would go back again!
Best Rolex store experience by far. I understand that some customers can have mixed experiences hence some of the less-than-positive comments below. However, I also understand that the staff have the difficult job of turning down customers early, especially those without a buying history who immediately want a Daytona or Hulk as their first Rolex. Honestly, some customers also don’t understand that there are others who have been loyal to Rolex and Bucherer who may also want a Daytona. Who do they think Rolex and Bucherer would rather sell the only Daytona they get per month to, someone who has been a loyal customer for years or someone who just walked off the street and with probably little real interest in mechanical timepieces? Loyalty works both ways!
Habe dort schon ein paar Uhren gekauft. Guter netter freundlicher Service. Ich gehe auch immer mal wieder vorbei und erkundige mich ob es bald weiter geht auf der Warteliste:) immer hilfsbereit.
