Would not recommend this garage, I had a very bad experience there. I have stored my winter wheels for the season there, they have LOST them and offered me to replace them with USED one, on my request - if you lost my wheels - you have to replace with new one - they said it is the only possibility i have. I decided not to make a big deal of it and agreed, brought my car there. And usually to replace wheels is 15-20 minutes, and usually they wash your car nicely, at least in my garage in Zug they do so. Here i have spent 1,5 hours, my car was still dirty plus they have uploaded my summer wheels to my car back, when i was asking for opportunity to help me with utilization of the rubber part, they made a point they are not willing to do so, when i asked if i can store them for free, as i paid before and in fact there were no wheels stored, they also replied NO. Very bad garage and service! Plus they didn't even apologized for this huge inconvenience properly.

I think the technicians are good but the customer service people i talk with were really bad. They had just very basic knowledge of my M car and still they would claim they could understood well the details from the points i had when obviously they couldn't. Instead of allowing to me to explain my car's problem to a mechanic, they insisted on taking notes and trying to explain it themselfs. Because of that i had to revisit the garage several times until my problem was partially resolved. In the mean time the service advisors tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the car and even tell me that the problem was fixed. The only solution is to demand talking to the specialist as he can understand what the problem is and hopefully repair it. Unnecessary stress and time for several visits until problem is resolved. Mail replies took up to two weeks and partially answer my request. Politeness is not their strength. They couldn't win my trust. In the beginning of June after my arrival for oil change, they told me my appointment was not booked even though i had an email confirmation. At the end they manage to do it but i still had to wait more, get stressed and lose more of my trust. I guess they are ok for basic maintenance like oil, wipers etc but if something more than this is required, i would be very sceptic to go back to them
