great shop - huge choice of the bicycles for any riding style and budget. Super friendly and helpful shop assistants both at the time of the bicycle purchase, when there was a time for a service and now, when unfortunately the bike was damaged beyond repair. The best customer service i have seen in years! Attention to the customers' needs and eagerness to help - thank you, Atilla! I would definitely come back there for my new bicycle and recommend it to my friends.

Day two in Zürich after just moving here for work and the incredibly professional and super kind gentlemen at the shop helped me put my brand new bike together. They swapped the breaks over (English bought so wrong side), fitted it for me and everything! They have a guaranteed customer for as long as I keep living in Switzerland! There is no question that this is the most professional, friendly and well run bike shop in Zurich. I bought my bike here last year and was extremely happy with the service. Michele and his team let us try many bikes and explained with detail and professionalism the differences and advantages of the different bikes. One year later, I found myself in the shop again. I planned on taking a flight with my bike that same day and Michele spent over an hour with me explaining how to disassemble and reassemble my bike at the airport. This was provided in very high spirits and completely FREE OF CHARGE. I am so grateful to have this bike shop in zurich. They really go above and beyond for their customers and you can see how much they care about their trade. I will be glad to come back here if I have any other issues. I highly recommend this shop and its friendly, professional and helpful staff. Thanks Michele and team!!
18 months ago I bought a bike here with excellent service, today I bought another! Knowledgeable salespeople who aren't pushy, excellent service and balanced advice.

I'm definitely not an expert in the field, but my experience was super positive here: good choice of bikes and eBikes, staff was friendly and helpful. Walked in with the idea of getting a bike, walked out 20 mins later with my bike prepared and ready to use:-). Recommend!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I bought a new bike and was not sure about the frame size the day after. They brought one size bigger from their shop in Basel to Zurich in the blink of an eye, so I could test ride and finally exchange it. Beside that, they have a good selection of bikes at a good price. I can 100% recommend the shop.
They got latest models as well as previous years ones. Bought my MY17 for almost 50% the original price. You won't find better deals anywhere else. The staff also is quite friendly and professional.
